Under
certain conditions there are several possibilities for
Albanian citizens that want to study in the Netherlands.
Next to several short courses there are several Bachelor,
MA, MS and PhD programmes at the different Universities
and Colleges. Moreover so-called “tailor made” courses
can be followed. For more information about the different
offered programmes click www.studyin.nl
or visit the Embassy on Tuesday or Thursday between
14.00 and 16.00 hours.
To
study in the Netherlands each different course or programme
requires certain admission requirements. If a student
is admitted for a course or programme he/she can, under
certain conditions, be granted with a scholarship. More
information about scholarships can be found at www.nuffic.nl.
Application forms can be downloaded or purchased at
the Embassy. An application can only be submitted if
the applicant possesses a valid admission for the concerning
University or College. The application form has to be
filled out completely and has to be submitted at the
Embassy. It will be forwarded to the executing administrative
office in the Netherlands, Nuffic, which decides on
scholarship grants. Both the Embassy and the applicant
will be informed on time about the decision.
In
support of a visa application a proof of admission for
the desired study/course in the BENELUX has to be presented.
As
regards the promotion of the Dutch language, the first
Albanian-Dutch dictionary has been published by Co-Plan
at the 17th of October 2003. To find more about the
organisation that published it, look at the web-site
